Description:

The Seventh Chord reinterprets violence not as an explicit scene of harm, but as a sonic, psychic, and natural force. The work takes the cycle of violence as its starting point and shifts it towards an image where the body, music, and landscape share the same tension.

The woman plays sideways, leaning into the piano, her hair and dress whipped by the wind. She is not merely adorning the scene: she is directing it. Her body acts as a conductor of dark energy. The black grand piano, monumental and damp, becomes an altar of pulsion.

The sea responds. Waves rise, foam crashes, the night opens under a cold light. Violence here is not shown as blood, but as pressure. As accumulated force. As music capable of altering the world.

As a curatorial criterion, we suggest:
