License to Use

Every artwork acquired from Maison SANTOGrail is a certified digital artwork, licensed for physical printing and non-commercial personal display.

1. Nature of the License

Acquisition grants the buyer:

  • Right to physical printing for personal use
  • Right to personal display in private spaces
  • Right to digital preservation of the Master File

The purchase does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights over the artwork.


2. Reserved Rights

The maison exclusively retains:

  • Copyright
  • Reproduction rights
  • Distribution rights
  • Commercial use rights
  • Adaptation, modification, and licensing rights


3. Restrictions

It is not permitted to:

  • Resell the digital file
  • Share, distribute, or publish the Master File
  • Resell prints derived from the file
  • Use the artwork for merchandising
  • Use it in advertising campaigns
  • Use it in editorial, institutional, or commercial contexts without written authorization
  • Register, tokenize, or associate it with blockchain systems without written authorization

The license is personal, limited, and non-transferable.


4. Artwork Documentation

Each artwork includes, according to its documentary issue:

  • Digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
  • Internal identification code
  • License for use and technical specifications of the edition
  • SHA-256 integrity hash of the Master File
